Hirings, or Job Orders, are set up to create a unique link between the Employee, Client and Pay Items (including charge rates). This then creates an audit trail and allows the user to see which employees have been placed at which clients at the click of a button.

CLIENTS

Set Clients up to receive 1 invoice for all Employees at their location OR an invoice for each single Employee.

PAYROLL AND BILLING

Integrated Payroll and Debtors module allows you to Pay Employees and create invoices to bill your Clients from each timesheet entry – NO DOUBLE ENTERING OF DATA.
Pay Employees at multiple Hosts with different pay and charge rates in the same pay run.
Set up unlimited numbers of Pay Items including allowances, deductions, admin charges (such as BIRST) and salary sacrifice.
