Candidate Job Preferences can be asigned as well as a Photograph of the Candidate displayed.
 
A Contact History for each Employee/Candidate can be maintained and reported on including different contact types.
 
Correspondence both received and sent can be attached to the Employee/Candidate (Note: The documents are stored on your server and linked to the database - the documents are not stored within the database).
 
Full Contact History can also be kept on Clients including contact types.
 
Job Orders are listed for each Client.
 
Mail Merge facilities are available within the system using Microsoft Word.
 
Candidate Searching ensures that you always match the best Candidate/s to the available job.
 
Job Orders can be entered in the system and tracked through from logging the order through to searching, short listing and finally filling the Job Order.
